We are looking for a Receptionist to support our record label office with administrative and operational duties.

  • REPORTS TO: HR Director

  • LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities 

  • Greet and check in guests at the front desk and notify the appropriate executives of their arrival.

  • Manage all office parking validations and related parking needs for clients and guests.

  • Ensure the office facility is organized, clean, and stocked with all office supplies, equipment, and snacks.

  • Manage the kitchen and eating areas to ensure they’re stocked (coffee, drinks, snack) and clean.

  • Support in the planning of office events, employee offsites, and company meetings.

  • Manage bookings for conference rooms, production room, studio, and other shared spaces. 

  • Handle any daily/weekly “hoteling” office spaces.

  • Manage all office safety procedures, compliance, and help with operational training and emergency office drills.

  • Support HR with the management of APGs internship program.

  • Maintain all office plants and greenery throughout the office space.

  • Send out frequent communication to office employees including important updates, company surveys, cleaning efforts, and general office reminders.

  • Work on ad hoc Operations and HR projects as needed.

  • Submit requests to the building for repairs and general maintenance needs, partnering with the building's maintenance team through completion.

  • Provide temporary support when needed to the CEO and SVP of Operations, including administrative assistance.

  • Partner with HR to drive employee recognition initiatives, communicate educational resources, and support employee office needs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of office receptionist experience or related, operational internship experience.

  • Experience working in a fast paced creative environment.

  • Efficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite, Mac OS, and Adobe.

Beneficial Experience

  • Event planning

  • Supporting internship programs

Education

  • College degree preferred

Compensation Range

  • $19/hour - $21/hour

  • The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualification of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
