Born and raised in Helsinki, Finland, MD$ has always used the soul of his city as a way to inspire his production. From making massive hits with top Finnish artists like JVG and Mikael Gabriel and even being twice nominated for producer of the year he is one of the most influential people in his country. As his success furthered, he embarked on a trip to the states where he connected with artists like 6lack, G-eazy, A$AP Mob, and Jesse from the neighborhood. All of whom obsessed over M’s unique and dark melodies and drums. He is tri-global as he calls it as he goes back and forth from LA-London-Helsinki always searching for and creating the most unique sounds.
