We are looking for an assistant to support the Marketing Department and our robust roster of artists. This role reports directly to the SVP, Marketing.
TITLE: Marketing Assistant
REPORTS TO: SVP, Marketing
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and communicate key interdepartmental/external meetings
Oversee technical logistics and flow of internal weekly marketing meeting
Manage, distribute and communicate Scheduling Requests weekly to wider team for new releases
Create, collect & organize marketing campaign assets & recaps
Assist with updating marketing materials, APG website and APG socials
Organize all marketing assets via Box.com
Frequently update one sheets and other marketing collateral for external use
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in music
Proficient in Microsoft Word
Proficient in all social platforms

CapCut
Compensation Range
$19/hour - $20/hour
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualification of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, and certifications or other professional licenses held. All candidates are encouraged to apply.
