Amy Allen

Amy Allen is a young songwriter & artist originally from Maine, now based in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from the Berklee College of Music (in Boston) where she began writing songs for others. She was inspired after taking a class at Berklee with Kara DioGuardi, a former “American Idol” judge and pop songwriter who has has written or co-written songs for Gwen Stefani, Britney Spears, Kelly Clarkson and Christina Aguilera, among many others.

Allen’s first foray into the pop music charts was Selena Gomez’s single “Back To You” that Allen co-wrote as part of the 13 Reasons Why: Season 2 official soundtrack. The single went RIAA Certified Platinum, reached top 20 on US Top 40 Radio and top 5 for several countries internationally. Allen continued to the momentum co-writing Halsey’s RIAA Certified Platinum single “Without Me” which has reached #1 on US Top 40 Radio.
